I believe if you work in NY the policy has to follow NY rules. My Co. is switching insurance and they will cover an in network Dr with the old plan under the new plan.

not sure I know what you mean about what is happening in your company. I really want to see my Dr. As for NY law, the law itself is not very helpful anyway, I am afraid.

I meant that if I have Dr. Smith now with Insurance A and Dr. Smith is not considered in network with new Insurance B they they will still cover him as if he is in my plan now. Sorry if I wasn't clear.
