When Can I call the mortgage broker again?
I'm waiting on clearance to close from the bank. ( ). The title cleared, the appraisal is done and good, but the bank hasn't officially cleared it yet.
Plan was to close this week. My mortgage broker told me that I'd have clearance on Friday. I didn't get it so I followed up yesterday. He told me I'd have clearance by end of day. I didn't hear from him again so I'm assuming I didn't get clearance yet.
So when can I call him again? I'm trying to be pushy so he'll want me off his back.
This is so frustrating!!!!!!!

I would call him a couple of times a day, once in the morning to remind him, and once at night to see if you got clearance yet. Also talk to your lawyer about calling the bank attorney to see what the hold up is. The bank attorney is the one who has to clear it to close, so if the mortgage broker is calling them and your attorney it will light a fire under them to get things going.

Call again. I want my contracts signed before the holiday's, so I've been on the phone pushing everyone to get their stuff done! And it is, now that they see how persistent and annoying I can be!

I'd keep calling him.
My broker never called me back, I called him everyday at least twice a day when he didn't call me back. screw that....call HIM!

 I ve been doing the same exact thing. I swear sometimes it takes some people days to take one piece of paper and switch it to the other side its so annoying.
