Did you/Will you pay a copay for the flu shot?
I was told we shouldnt have to, it should be free.
I called my Ped office and they said yes they charge the copay because the Dr checks their ears, etc.  My boys very recently had well visits, why do Dr's do these quick "cha-ching" visits for themselves?

Our office doesn't charge. The nurse gives the shot, that's it.

We pay. Although I didn't get Sean the flu shot this year and Kevin only got the 1st part.

we pay for the copayment which we had to go twice and then we have to pay 25.oo for the lady to administer the shot and then pay for the shot. its soo annoying.

If I went part as a well visit I don't have to. If I bring him in just for a shot I do.

We pay for our well baby visits too, so yes. $20 each time, it really adds up fast!

I work for a ped's office. We charge whatever the usual co-pay is.

part of me thinks this whole flu shot crap is a bunch of crap
If it aint broke, dont fix it.

How else are they going to buy their big fancy cars??? LOL yeah I agree it's silly. Matthew is getting his flu shot this month. I wonder if they will charge a copay. I haven't called and asked.

It depends on your insurance plan, we pay for well visits too.
