The extension sounds great! That is why we are finishing our basement now, for the extra den.
When is your closing estimate?
I'm guessing from the other thread you are going to be close to Mulcahys?

i am actually glad it isn't in the middle of the holidays
the owners are sooo cute too...
they caught the DH stalking yesterday and invited him in and gave him a lot of info..
they are moving to florida so they are selling their snowblower, lawn mower and stuff
hopefully he has good prices

Congratulations On your new home I knew you would find something, I am soo happy for you. and a word from the wise if you guys buy anything from the owners please, Please make sure it works, because when dh and i bought some stuff from the owners even though they do work some of the stuff we bought is on its way out find out how old the stuff is. again Congrats!!
