We are in Contract!!!
I havent posted much about a house we were in and waiting for due to well, You just never know what could happen so we saw and waited!
We are in contract now and waiting for a closing date. Very excited!!
Its in N. Massapequa, a split home, 3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bath...close to home for me and I cant wait to get in there and get started Some work going to be involved and esp with a little one on the way.
I didnt realize how much was involved but everyone...the wait is worth it!

love how it is all coming together..I feel like it was just yesterday that us and DH's were sitting on the beach..and you guys were talking about looking for a home and TTC!!!!!!!!!!!
