I like Saturday. It's so hard to get all the girls together in one place so my friends & I usually turn it into a girls afternoon/night out after.
I also think it's nice for the Bride/Mom to be to have the next day off to go through everything. (if they work)

This completely depends on where it is... I am in CT, so if the party is on LI or somewhere out of state, I would rather it be a Saturday...if it is in CT, I would prefer it to be Sunday
