What questions should I ask?

Christina LIF Adolescent Member since 10/06 891 total posts Name: Christina	What questions should I ask? I have a couple of appts and open houses tomorrow, but I never know what to ask. What are some important questions that I should ask so I'll sound like I know what I'm talking about (even if I'm only faking -- ha! )? Thanks!

How old is the roof? How old are the windows, the siding? If there is carpet in the rooms, Is there wood floors underneath? What school district is the house in? How big is the property? What are the taxes? How much is the star discount for the property?
