If someone is interested in that house, it's quite clear it's a remodel with that bathroom being a gut-job (the toilet would be the least of my worries! That mildew would have me more concerned.)

Not to mention needing new windows and kitchen repair
BUT that is just the PICS they chose to display...can't imagine what the rest of the house looks like
IMO any houes boarded up...shouldn't be listed as needing a LITTLE work

Why do they need new windows???
Just b/c they're boarded up doesn't mean they're no good. I would imagine they're boarded up to prevent vandalism since the house is vacant.

I know that area well, it's very nice. it's right near Nesconset & Smithtown. so the location *is* good, and almost a 1/2 of an acre.
but that house needs to be burned to the ground. I can't even imagine the mold & termite damage that it probably has!

Looks like it was a foreclosure and the people trashed the place before they got kicked out.
There is BLACK MOLD on the wallpaper in the bathroom Which says to me it's been vacant for a while and/or there is a leak... perhaps the roof.

yes...i did assume that the price was for the area being 1/2 acre...
it is obviously a house to knock down
BUT it is still Ronkonkoma..
and IMO it is NOT "priced for the area"
