either - MLS hasnt been updated
or they didnt get high enough offers.
I went to an "auction" - it started at $349- we didnt like the layout of the house so we didnt bid - but when he called for my bid he kept pressuring me - i said i didnt want to bid - but it was an open bidding system so he told me the highest bid was $389 - and its now on the market for $449 because that was probably her "reserve"  good luck to her - theres no way id pay $449 for the house.
