Dinning Rooms
Im having such a hard time picking a color for our dinning room. It is a pretty large room high cielings and skylights. I want a dark color, But not too dark.
The room is separate from the living room and that we are painting dry sage from BM. Any suggestions on reds, marrons? Any pics.
We were considering adobe beige on the walls with one accent wall New London.. Which is a marrone/dark purple color, but I dont know if I will like the style..

Re: Dinning Rooms
I love tuscan colors like beige, dark red, green, etc. I think if you went with a light marron, you could do the whole room that color, but beige is more neutral and would probably match the sage better

Re: Dinning Rooms
How about doing chairrail and painting the top portion a light color and the bottom portion a maroon? I think that would look nice, if my dining area was a separate room from the living room, that's what I would have done.

Re: Dinning Rooms
I cant do chair molding, The previos owners converted that room from a garage. We live in a cape. So the cielings are high and angeled. One end of the room above the window slopes and then the one big side wall comes to a point. I know you probably cant picture it. Im going to try to post some pics. Thanks
