What shape table would you put in a ...
9 x 9 room? My diningroom (area?) is a separate room off the kitchen and its
9 x 9. Would you put a round table? A square or rectange?
I was thinking round with a leaf.

I love rectangle. I think you can decorate the table so nicely. They have such pretty runners, etc.

Thank you. I was thinking the same thing, a round with a pedastal then put a corner something (curio, bakers rack, etc) to have shelves and display.

This is what my bil has and it looks very nice.

I have a 13x13 room. We bought a square with butterfly leaf. It can convert down to a rectangle if need be. It seats 8. A round with a leaf will be an oblong. Image Attachment(s):

My kitchen is 12 x 12 and I have a round with a leaf. My DR is 13 x 13 and I have a rectangular with leaf in there but I also have a sideboard on one side. I think you have a few options if you find a set you really like.
