Another tiny victory
I started smoking again after having quit for a year, and I am proud to announce, I have not had a cigarette since Friday, and do not miss it one bit.

I am really happy about it. I am so ANTI smoking now that I have stopped again. I cant imagine what I smelled like, my breath, my hair, etc. I feel better, and look better.
I never want to smoke again, ever!
I am making life changes. My diet, etc.

As a smoker, you never realize how much it smells...
For years after I quit, I would find jackets that hadn't been drycleaned since I quit, and boy, would they REEK of smoke!!!!

YAY!!! Welcome back to the "I quit smoking" club Kristen!!! I quit (cold turkey) 3 mos ago for the 3rd or 4th time and I have to say, I am really done this time. I dont miss it, I can't stand the smell of it and I want to cringe when I think about it...

I was never a smoker & can only imagine how hard it is to quit. Take a photo of your smile now & then again in 2 months. I noticed my co-worker's pearly whites after a month. I asked her if she whitened her teeth but it was only because she quit smoking.
