In the Lillian Vernon kids catalog they have a trunk that comes with all kinds of dress up clothes like plastic high-healed shoes, feather boas, crowns, dresses, etc.
Also what about a little play makeup kit? Barbie stuff....anything Disney Princess....
Horses, poneys, little horse figurines?

LOL, sorry I was thinking fast like my 4 year old. Anything to play dress up with. Shoes, hats, dresses, make up etc.
Princesses - Disney Princesses stuff
Pretend Play - Fake food, act like a mommy thing etc.
