help
anyone want to help me lose wt. I should be able to hold myself accountable but clearly I can't. I never weighted this much.

I would like to lose about 20 pounds myself. Trying to be more consistent with my eating and exercise this month. It’s just really tough to stay motivated.

E2M Fitness is really good about this. They encourage people to get involved in the posts and they want people who have been in it for a while to partner with new people for encouragement.

I know this is an old post, but what are you doing in terms of exercise? I think people always think you need to do high intensity exercise, but I think walking (increasing your steps) is so important. Get a simple fitness tracker and set a step goal. Try to increase it little by little.
