Wow. Very interesting.
This case has me so torn. There are times when I think there is no way he did it and then other times I'm so convinced he did.

This case is so interesting. I still am unable to decide if he is guilty or not. There is so much pointing towards his innocence and part of me thinks he was so young that he would be incapable of carrying out such a crime, but I can't get past the cell phone records and he can't explain it.
I can't wait to see the results of the DNA testing.

I'm not as convinced of his innocence as some people.
But there was too much reasonable doubt to convict him. I hope if he truly is innocent that the new testing is able to exonerate him once and for all.

Seriously though! Those poor people! The forgotten victims of this craziness. I wonder if they think he did it.

Seriously though! Those poor people! The forgotten victims of this craziness. I wonder if they think he did it.
I read online once that her parents really thought he did it and were upset by the podcast suggesting otherwise. After listening to the podcast I didn't think there was enough evidence to convict beyond a reasonable doubt. But as a parent, I feel like there must be a reason they feel so strongly that he is guilty.

Interesting. But I can't get past the fact that Jay lead the police to Hae's car. A stranger could not have done this if Jay knew where the car was.
The podcast was not very measured. If a jury convicted there was evidence and testimony that was presented in court that the podcast didn't cover. Remember the first trial was declared a mistrial and the jurors discussed the case with the attorneys and said they were leaning towards acquittal The prosecutor had the opportunity to fine tune the case and he was found guilty.
