I need more time to digest the assumptions that MrsWoods is making. ie: the migrants at the border are their only for nefarious reasons or to get pregnant in the US. 5 million non documented workers did critical services during this pandemic when others wouldn’t. Like fast good, sanitation, growing food ...basically working. 70% of Americans support a path to citizenship for this working undocumented workers. I agree that the border is a mess though

There is not an open border policy under Biden and there never was. But please, link creditable sources that show that Biden called the migrants to the border. Don't you remember the caravans that migrated to the border in 2018?
I keep mentioning asylum because it's legal and there seems to be some on this board that are forgetting that.
What handouts are they getting? Anyone caught illegally entering this country at the border are given a flight home. Is that the handout that you are referring too?
This post started as a large payout to migrant families that were separated under Zero tolerance. It was an article about settling current lawsuits which may be more cost effective then proceeding in court and setting a precedent for the other families for much larger settlements.

How many votes did the undocumented cast? Which audit showed that was a significant problem in the voting in the 2020 election?

We were discussing the southern border and you were sharing how the migrants from Central America come here
Migrants from Central America come here because they know they get hand outs and it aint only good people who are coming over either and They come here and everything is free for them. Men and women work off the books and send money back to their country. A majority of women will come here pregnant or find some dumb guy to get them pregnant here or marry so they can stay with no issues and then get additional free stuff.
So are you now saying that the migrants are traveling from Central America to Puerto Rico - An island - to do all the above and then sneak in to the US at the border?

I was referring back to Nazi Germany and the process of seeking asylum and how my grandparents arrived at a port of entry "illegally".
I did not compare the current geopolitical environment in Central America to Nazi Germany.
