I have posted a few blogs on the topic of real estate buying and selling trends on different sites. I try to educate Buyers and Sellers on today's real estate market conditions.

My question to the lifamilies.com community is; Why, in today's market are buyers running around looking for homes on their own and not using a Buyers Agent?
The next question I have is;
Why are Sellers still trying to sell their homes on their own in this fast pace, tech savvy market?

I know the basic answers that Buyers feel they will get a better deal from a Seller dealing direct and Sellers feel they will save the commission. But their has to be more to it. I would enjoy your comments and reply to all.
