Figured it couldn't hurt to post this, so here we go...

Took 2 weeks of BCPs, which ended on Mon, July 25th. Had my baseline check appointment on the 25th as well. Got the OK to start stims on Saturday, July 30th.

8/3:
Back from my first follow up since starting stims...

My dr. was happy with the progress that was made between before starting stims and now. I had 15 plus follicles growing on my right ovary, and my left ovary was hiding and VERY painful when he was poking and prodding trying to get a good enough view of it. That ovary had 10 plus on it, so I'm hoping we're going to be in good shape, but really it's too early to tell. PCOS is good in that you make more follicles, but bad in that sometimes a lot of them don't mature enough to get an egg once you trigger... only time will tell.

My lining was already a 9.3 with a "triple stripe" which is GREAT! So over 25 follicles are growing. I go back on Friday morning for a 2nd monitoring appointment.

My nurse called me tonight, and told me that I'm right on track, and they're very happy with how my cycle is going so far. She said he wanted to increase my gonal-f from 225iu up to 300iu for tonight and tomorrow's doses. So that's the plan... we're just going to continue taking it one day at a time and see what Friday brings! By then I'll be on my 7th day of meds (that night). Here's hoping for another good report!
