National Housing Renovation Council (NHRC) is a community-based organization founded to help homeowners find funding for home upgrades and repairs. Our goal is to help homeowner alleviate two major issues that come with such projects:

1. Affordability
2. Locating qualified and trustworthy contractors

First and foremost, NHRC’s mission is to give homeowners access to various programs that can make seemingly unaffordable home improvement projects fit into modest budgets.

All of NHRC’s representatives are heavily experienced in determining which financial programs will best suit each client’s needs. They work closely with homeowners to get the work done effectively and affordably.

Affordability is often the most prominent hurdle for homeowners to clear before a home improvement project begins, but many are equally unable to find a qualified, capable and trustworthy contractor to do the work. Through its Contractor Screening Process, NHRC has eliminated this worry and only provides high-grade work from top local contractors.

NHRC’s services allow for high quality home improvement projects to be completed in a timely and cost effective manner, ensuring client satisfaction on every level.


Our Pledge
We pledge to inform the homeowner of the various programs that are available to them to make the home improvement project(s) affordable and to provide them with quality financing products to subsidize the remainder of the work. We pledge to provide contractors that have completed the NHRC Contractor Screening Process. We have the utmost confidence that NHRC approved contractors will complete the project to the homeowner’s satisfaction.
We pledge to maintain a long-term relationship with the homeowner to provide them pertinent information that we feel will helpful for them and to notify them of new NHRC products and services
