Immune system supplements?
Does anyone have a recommendation for an immune support to take regularly? Since I had Covid in October I have been sick 3 times, and not mildly. I feel like my immune is totally shot. Ive always used sambucol in the past when sick but it’s expensive to use on a regular basis.

I literally changed my immune system with IP6 Gold.
I can't post the link because my phone defaults me to the Amazon app and I can't cut the link...but...
Go to amazon, look it up and read the reviews
I haven't been sick in years. Not exaggerating. Not even a cold. I slept in the same bed as my sick daughter in a small hotel room and didn't catch anything thanks to upping my daily dose of this.
I used to be sick CONSTANTLY.
Once I started this...literally never sick.

I take Vitamin c, Vitamin D3, and elderberry capsules everyday.
My kids take the airbourne vitamin c gummies, and elderberry gummies.
I am also big healthy eater, I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables.

Immune system supplements?
A friend of mine that went thru cancer treatments swore by turkey tail mushroom supplements. My oncologist wouldn't let me take it b/c he was super cautious about how things are processed and made, but I've heard it's really good.

Immune system supplements?
You should look into finding someone that makes real elderberry syrup. My neighbor makes it and it's all natural, so you are really getting the benefits of it. Diet plays a huge part too- lots of fresh fruit and veggies- citrus, red/orange veggies are great). I take the elderberry, a multi vitamin & vitamin D. (Zinc/Vit D & Vit C) seem the most important for immuce support.

I take IP6 too (based on a rec Nell gave in the past on here), turmeric and ginger, Vitamin C, and Vitamin D. I also drink a glass of orange juice every day.
I rarely get sick, and when I do, it is usually only bad for one day. I have been exposed rather directly to COVID multiple times--both before and after getting vaccinated--and I have never had it.

I just ordered this on subscription after reading the reviews. How many do you take a day? Some people in the reviews seemed to be taking them excessively…

Immune system supplements?
I have an auto immune disease and am on immunosuppresants and my specialists have me on 100mg Zinc and 1000iu vitamin D daily.

I take 2 per day on an everyday basis.
Just with my regular vitamins.
If someone in my house is sick, I up it to taking 2 capsules a few times a day (like 2 or 3 times a day tops).
If I fly on a plane or was on a train where everyone was coughing (pre Covid lol) I'd take it twice that day.
Also if you feel yourself getting sick up it as well. If I feel any kind of scratchy throat or anything brewing I start taking more.
But the most I take a day in those situations is probably 6-8 pills tops.
(and only when your immune system is stressed or you are around sick people)
