Chasing Fireflies
Not sure if anyone still shops at this store but I’m so aggravated I wanted to shout out a PSA , buyer beware... Chasing fireflies is not the store it once was. I have never had an experience like this with any other store in my entire life. They would not process my return after 14 days and made it impossible to contact them. They have NO contact phone number. They only provide an email and they only respond to your email if they feel like it. I emailed them three times and they don't respond AT ALL. The customer has ZERO way of contacting the company. I am out almost $300 and I cannot speak to anyone at Chasing Fireflies. If you do a search on this store you will see TONS of negative reviews. I wish I would have known this before ordering. I haven’t ordered from them in years and had no idea! They should be shut down. There is NO place to write product reviews on their website yet they have all glowing reviews! They must be fake. I will never ever purchase from this online store again and I have spoken to many friends who feel the same. The merchandise is overpriced, poor quality and you are stuck with whatever you buy. Good luck with contacting them with any issues. Shop elsewhere, they don't deserve your money and should be truly ashamed!

Chasing Fireflies
REALLY?! I used to order from them all the time and never had an issue, but that was a while ago.
I don’t know what you were shopping for, but I buy lots of dresses from Pippa and Julie for my DD. Good quality and they always have coupon codes.

They are not the same company. They were bought out by someone else and have a fraction of what they use to have. Dispute the charge with your credit company. Sorry you have to deal with this.

Yes I saw this when I was looking the company up! It’s not even the money it’s more the point that they are cheating people like this and getting away with it! I wish I knew before I gave them my money that they have set themselves up that any customer is unable to contact them regardless of what happens! Even if you never even receive your order! It’s crazy that they have no phone number and can pick and choose what emails they want to respond to! When I emailed them about merchandise prior to placing my order they responded right back! Now I have still gotten no response!
I filed a complaint with the BBB and saw others have had the same issue. Hopefully my post saves someone else from flushing their money down the drain!

Oh no that is so sad. They had such beautiful stuff when my kids were little. Dispute it with your cc company.
