DIE ZUTATEN:
1) 1 Brot
2) 1 Zwiebel
3) 1 Knoblauch
4) Hackfleisch
5) Salz, Paprika , schwarzer Pfeffer, Minze und Thymian
6) 4 eier
7) 200 ml Milch
8) Dill
9) 1 grüner Pfeffer und 1 roter Pfeffer
10) Käse

I know! And this time it’s in German! 
A few important things are missing. Under 3 (garlic), it should be clear if it is a head or clove of garlic. And how much ground beef (literal translation is chopped flesh) to use? Also big vocabulary mistake in number 9.
It’s a recipe for meat bread dumplings it seems. Don’t know didn’t click on the link.

I guess they weren't getting anywhere in English so they switched to German.
