I think my point is men do it solely for themselves and women don’t always do it for themselves, but rather what society has imposed they *should* do. It grates on y nerves. That women are so scrutinized.

Definitely not true for ALL men or women. Maybe just the people you have encountered Chat Icon

You’re right I should not say ALL men.

Maybe I encountered many strange people, but working in the restaurant industry (for about 10 years) is a really toxic environment. I hope it has changed now.

IME, I have gotten comments from almost all men I have been with. My number is pretty normal and I change things up based on what I like.

My main point is that it seems women put more thought into what their SO likes and it isn’t really equal the other way around.

Women put thought into many aspects of their appearance that men do not. Make up for example. I think you are getting bent out of shape for nothing. And if someone you have dated had to manscape to make themselves appear bigger I would think they must have had a tiny d*ck to begin with because I have never heard of this being a reason to manscape.

LOL and let's face it- it doesn't matter how big it LOOKS.
You can't hide a small **** when it comes down to actually using it.

Uh that never happened to me with someone I was with having to shave to appear bigger, but wow that was some reach. It came up in conversation with FRIENDS.

Not getting bent out of shape at all.

You don't like people telling you what you should do when it comes to shaving and you said men do it for that reason.
Maybe they feel cleaner also and I think "locker room" talk in the restaurants you have worked at is just that.
Not sure why you would get insulted if a man said he likes this or that. That goes way beyond the bedroom.

Oh sorry I assumed it was from personal experience as I have never heard of that as a reason to groom. I did however date someone with a teeny weeny peeny. I might have been willing to try to make it work but he was also probably the cheapest human being I have ever met.... But I digress.

I go to get groomed. I do it for myself because I’m too lazy to do any maintenance myself. As we speak my eyebrows are a hot mess because I’ve been too lazy to go get them done. My DH doesn’t care about any of it.
