Tipping camp counselors and CITs
My kids have been going to camp here and there the past few weeks. I think I’m totally, they’ve gone 15 days. How much do you feel is appropriate? I have an idea in mind but I want to see other numbers.

Does the camp give a suggestion? The one I send my kids to gives an amount for the full summer. I usually prorate it for the amount of time they have been there.

Do you tip all the counselors or only those assigned to the childs group.

Tipping camp counselors and CITs
I just tip the ones who work directly with my kids. This year I’m giving the nurse a little Starbucks card because my daughter visited her often lol
After more reading, I think I’m going to give $2/day for head counselor and $1/day for CITs.

Our camp gives us gratuity guidelines. I would ask your camp.
