Best Western Eden
Right near Dutch Wonderland and not far from Hershey.
But the hotel itself is perfect for young kids- has a splash pad area, play ground, free ice cream by the pool each day etc
Very very kid friendly
And Kalahari is always great too

Eden and Kalahari are great. Crystal Springs in NJ is great for kids too.
