This legislation is being introduced by Democratic lawmakers...not Biden. This is actually contrary to Biden since he just established a commission to look possible changes to SC membership, jurisdiction and lifetime terms.
ETA: Currently, there is a slim hope of it passing.

I didn’t say anything about Biden. I hope that we see him come out against it.
It is a very slippery slope. If each administration changes the rules to satisfy their agenda then we will have no checks and balances. If they would just set term limits for all politicians we would be a lot better off. Electing people to life long positions or letting them run year after year has created the corruption we experience in both sides these days.

Truthfully, it’s in jest. That being said, shenanigans beget shenanigans.
Mitch McConnell blocked Merrick Garland EIGHT MONTHS before an election but pushed through Amy Coney Barrett EIGHT DAYS before an election when 65 million already voted.
