Pothole season
Do our elected officials drive on our roads??? How is this even allowed???
Drive from NY to PA and as soon as you see the “welcome to pa” sign it’s smooth sailing lol

NY is horrible,
IMO part of the problem is even on LI, when they patch or repair the state and county works could care less and do such a crappy job. They don't flatten the patch out or seal the seams.

Omg we are on the LIE now and it is like driving on the surface of the moon. It's so bad you will absolutely damage your car or tire at some point. I cannot believe this is the LIE, a major interstate. 3rd world countries probably have better roads.
Our exorbitant taxes hard at work I guess.
Just another reason NY is an utter cesspool shithole toilet

Ok so it’s not just me. Obviously our representatives live on Long Island....they must drive....do they ever question this?!?! It’s an absolute embarrassment.
I almost got into an accident from someone else trying to avoid a pothole on the LIE.
And I’m noticing that they even pop up year round now....it no longer has to do with water getting into cracks and freezing blah blah blah....how does a pothole appear in June with 70 degree weather?!?! Stop cutting corners!

omgeee it is ridiculous and I swear everyday new potholes pop up. today i definitely saw new ones in all lanes that I didnt see friday coming home (sunrise hwy to beginning SSP).
