DH sent me 2 houses he found on Zillow last night in Florida lol
Too bad I know he won’t pull that trigger. Maybe after he breaks his back shoveling and snow blowing today, he’ll be serious about making a move (wishful thinking)
Woke up with a bad storm headache. This snow Totally ruins our plans for today. We were gonna go to Verizon and get new phones. Then boozy brunch and hit up Jakes with our new antibodies hahahaha
There’s always next Monday

Ironic right? No plans for so long and the one day you make plans it's ruined by snow!

Not a huge fan of the snow. I work remotely now so I don't even get a snow day!! DH is home from work today though and the kids and the dog love the snow so that's something.

I don't like the snow, but I work from home, the kids are off, I have heated steps down to the driveway, and I have a plow on my truck that I can remote start so it's warm when I get in. I drive around my circular driveway for a little while, and I'm all done. I do enjoy "playing" in the snow in my truck.

Snowstorm coming
After getting 30+ inches of snow from the December storm, nothing really phases me. My town luckily is very good at snow removal. We are expected to get 8 inches here today into tomorrow, but I am confident the roads will be relatively clear by 9 am tomorrow.
I think part of the issue on LI is that the municipalities are terrible at snow removal. They should really implement alternate side of the street parking during snow removal. I grew up in central Nassau and in many areas people are parked on both sides of the road and plows can not adequately remove snow.

my roof vent came loose in the last storm and a ton of snow blew in and ruined my ceiling in the attic bedroom. Scheduled to get fixed on monday but now i'm sure that will get pushed back again and i freaking out about getting more damage... ugh.
Does anyone know about how the winds will be compared to last week? I am hoping my issue happened just because it was so windy

Watching the weather now, they said the winds won't be aa bad as the storm last week
