She did it on purpose as a big shove it to you to Trump. The news commented this morning how someone who has so much money usually doesn't wear things more than once but this was intentional.

That was my point. That dress was probably very expensive and I was pointing out the flaw in your reasoning that because she supposedly fills her fridge with gourmet ice cream that means she can drop a lot of money on a new dress.
But this is a great example of internalized sexism because like another poster pointed out the same comment would never be made about a men's suit.

It’s odd because for someone that has pretty much taken the lead on these impeachments, it’d be unusual to wear the same thing unless it’s for other reasons like perhaps the one u stated...a symbolic move. I don’t think anyone gives a crap what any of them wear, they can wear a garbage bag for all I care but u can’t deny that it does come across as something  . I bet she wouldn’t wear the same dress for 2 very important weddings!

I guess because most women in that higher tax bracket will not wear the same outfit twice. They have even commented on how Kate (Middleton) has worn the same clothes twice when most of the women in the Royal party do not.
She knew what she was doing wearing it twice and it got people to talk about her.
