When you refi do you have an Attorney ?
with you at closing? Is it gonna be like the purchase closing?
Should I get an Attorney to read over the papers or no?

When you refi do you have an Attorney ?
No. I mean the last time I did it, 10 years ago, no. We are in the process again but nothing has been mentioned

No you don't. we are closing on our Refi (FINALLY AFTER MONTHS AND MONTHS) next week (Unless covid sticks around longer). No need for attorney

No attorney. The reason you have one when you purchase is to ensure that the transfer of title is free and clear and legal.
With a refi - you’re not transferring anything. The title and deed do not change

We closed with an attorney the last time - the other times it was a paralegal I believe (the lender picks)
