DOH called about our positive covid tests ...
So the DOH called and didn’t ask about anyone I may have been exposed too  so I guess they aren’t contact tracing anymore??!!

They called me last night. She asked if I knew where I got it and if I was with anyone during the 48 “shedding” period. And then a. Whole bunch of other questions about symptoms, etc. she allowed me to answer for DH too they wouldn’t bother him with a call next.
I gave her all info. She was super sweet. Her whole family had it a few weeks ago. So it wasn’t like talking to a robot who didn’t give a crap. She was very helpful with words of personal experience with this virus.

The contact tracers do not work for the DOH, so you may still get a call.

I love how a week later they are worried about contact tracing.
By that point the people you were in contact with have been spreading their germs all over the place.

By that point the people you were in contact with have been spreading their germs all over the place.
Exactly it’s going to take a week or more to do contract testing??!!! That’s going to help stop the spread!!
We are all allowed out by Saturday by the time the call me anyone that they would think has to be quarantined would have been done with their quarantine also!!

I got a call from contact tracing to let me know that I needed to quarantine because I was in the house with my husband who was positive. I was like umm he is not and then they said the name and I was like I divorced that jerk 20 years ago. They do not know what the heck they are doing lol!

I had 3 calls from 3 different numbers that I didn't recognize so I didn't answer. The last call they left a message saying if I have any questions to call them back.

When you have enough viral load to spread it to others. Typically 48 hours before symptoms.
