Hopefully my worries will go away but this all does not sit well with me.

I can’t wait to rejoin the Paris climate accord!!
Relieved to have someone who believes in science and climate change again.

I know!! How did a man who has cheated at everything, in both his corporations, his casinos, his contractors, his wives, his Presidency, etc, and cause illegal voter suppression and intimidation manage to get roughly 70 million votes. Those can't be all legal votes.
If you believe he got that many legal votes, I've got some Trump University credits I can sell to you...

This, plus no more downplaying and ignoring covid.
Now we can minimize its devastation until we eradicate it.
Racial and social justice will surely get a boost from the transition too.

TBh Im kind of sick of all the science science talk when racial and social injustice has been around for years. The tension that has been rearing it's ugly head and becoming an all time high in the last several years is what scares the crap out of me. That is what is most important not whether people believe in science. I get it, the pandemic is serious and we need a plan but it's not the only issue or the most important issue. I find it so ironic, but no one gave a crap about science when the AIDS epidemic was killing all the minorities and gays in the 80s.
The virus has been around for 8 months, we have been treated like crap for years. I am happy with the outcome, because I feel it brings a sense of peace and calm. But I am worried about the economy and lockdowns as a knee jerk reaction to a virus that isn't going anywhere any time soon.
I put my faith and hope in Biden. I hope he does work with both parties and we can see this country healing itself. But only time will tell.

A majority of voters did not list COVID as their main concern this election. Racism and inequality is far more important than having a president that believes in science. Yes, that's a huge plus. But COVID will, ultimately, be a short blip in our country's history. Racism? Social injustice? Just keeps getting worse. Hopefully, Biden can change that. I have a good feeling that he will at least try- which is more than we can say about the current president.

Exactly thank you. I think what is driving me crazy is the media and people saying, "yes we can believe in science again, oh and fixing racial injustice."
No it's the reverse, and thank you for putting into words what I am feeling!

Biden himself could work with both sides. Unfortunately he has people like pelosi whispering in his ear. I don’t have a problem with Biden, I wouldn’t usually be upset if a democrat is in office. It’s all the pelosi like people that scare the crap out of me, including Harris.
And I’m sure trump would have worked better with the other side if they didn’t come at him with guns drawn.

Yes, you are right I will pray today and thank my loving and good GOD. I have been praying Novena's and saying Rosaries for this very outcome. But thank you for reminding me that today I need to say another Rosary to Thank God.
