I don't think he's leaving against doctor's orders...
rom the NY Times..President Trump’s physician, Dr. Sean P. Conley, said on Monday that the president would return to the White House after having spent three nights at the Walter Reed medical center, although he was not “out of the woods yet” in his fight against Covid-19.
“Over the past 24 hours, the president has continued to improve,” Dr. Conley said. “He’s met or exceeded all standard hospital discharge criteria.”
I think the point of bringing up the tweet is that everyone predicted he would down play it and his tweet does just that.

These doctors work for him so I don't think there's any such thing as against doctor's orders with him. He's on several medications that wouldn't normally be given outside of a hospital setting. His doctor's response to that was that they send patients home with medication all the time. Medication vs these medications are two different stories. Not to mention is he really going TY stay isolated and not wander wherever he wants? Is everyone with potential to be near him going to be in and have access to full ppe?
As for him downplaying it, he's an a$$holes. He got pumped full of every possible drug that literally no one else would get and thinks he now understands the virus. To discourage people from being afraid of this virus is beyond horrendous.

The anti-viral, Remdesivir, is not readily available at many hospitals.
The steroid is only given to patients who are in poor condition. DATA literally does not support it to be given to mild cases. It had been proven to WORSEN mild cases.
Now he’s going back to the WH to infect his poor staff.
Meanwhile, my brother is retweeting Trump’s tweet as a rally call to not live in fear and mocking people who take precautions. Trump gaslighting like always. My brother said I shouldn’t be living in fear, which I translate into following CDC guidelines as I go to work daily and we do go out and do things like the park, pool, apple picking, but we wear masks and try to keep our distance.

Why would his tweet say that? Like hey guys! I'm just announcing I'm a dictator and an idiot and I'm forcing people to let me go back home prematurely because I hate the hospital and don't want people to think I'm weak!

He should’ve kept it on...Taking it off only highlighted the fact that he still can’t breathe. If you watch the footage he’s struggling to take deep breaths.
And leaving the hospital is meaningless. The WH has a full medical facility, which they could’ve tailored to his needs over the past 4 days.

We must be watching different CNNs bc I never heard them say he must be in bad shape bc we aren't seeing him. I did hear concern about him exposing others by returning to the white house. They've also been critical of him not wearing masks and been proponents of masks in general. He's the main person obsessed with his image about all else.

I can def see how it can be perceived as a sign of weakeness by those that don’t wish any good to the U.S. There was a reason why the government of Cuba kept the sickness and later on the death of Fidel Casto under wraps for a really long time!
