Kellyanne Conway now tested positive so my guess is he's shockingly not lying. These careless a$$holes are going to cause a super spread event all across Washington. If only they listened to the ACTUAL experts and adhered to guidelines. 
they are now saying the Supreme Court nominee is the super spreader because she had Covid. Who knows how accurate it is, but that is what the news report is saying this evening.
It was reported yesterday that she had tested positive earlier in the summer so I took that as she probably wasn't at risk to get it again. Who knows though.

And yes I Hate masks. I don't think anyone on the planet likes or loves them and if they say they do they are either lying or something is off with them. But that doesn't mean I don't wear a mask. I have never once skirted a mask rule since the beginning. I don't like going to the dentist or doing a host of other things either but I do them.
So stop twisting everything, it's getting old

Couldn’t agree with u more! I do not trust anyone. I was never a republican and there are reasons why I stopped being a democrat. I take everything they say with a grain a salt, a huge chunk of salt actually!

I’ve never seen anyone on here say covid is a hoax.
I personally think the severe lockdown measures are an insane and destructive response to a respiratory virus with a 99.8% survival rate - considering how much harm the lockdowns themselves do. But that does not mean I think covid is a hoax.

Some "leaders'" hostility toward science and their inability to handle the slightest discomfort or setback without becoming triggered and rageful made it clear that this was going to happen. And that we haven't seen the worst of the virus yet. Had we acted sooner, longer, and more aggressively and consistently to take measures, we would have more containment and normalcy, like Canada and other places do.
We saw this online too, to and in varying degrees. Instead of saying that they felt afraid and frustrated, people lashed out with rageful aggression, passive aggression, aggressive aggression, and abject defiance.
Those of us trying to discuss the state of the world civilly didn't care. Turns out, neither did science.
People who attack and endanger others to put their own comfort first are damaged. We are all more damaged and endangered for having lived in a time and a place where this was so prevalent. The two things that will eventually eradicate the virus and give us back our normal--science and basic decency-are the two things that have been under siege since March.

I wouldn't call not believing Trump at first believing in a "conspiracy theory." Key differences:
Trump is a documented and frequent liar. There have been thousands of lies over the years. It's normal to question things he says. Conspiracy theories "question" things in a baseless fashion - i.e. the birther movement.
This is just anecdotal, but most people (myself included) who questioned it at first now believe he has it because the evidence appeared - many others who were in his proximity tested positive. Also, now that he is at Walter Reed, it's less feasible that a charade of that scale could happen because there are so many medical professionals involved. Conspiracy theories defy logic and ignore evidence, and people who believe in them are intransigent in the face of changing data that could disprove the theory.

I agree about question things no matter who tells them to u, and I couldn’t be more serious about this. Do not ever just accept what u’re told or what u hear just because the person (or ppl) appears to know more than u. (I’m talking to general u, not directly to u Jenn).
What is the factual evidence that u now believe in? That KellyAnn and a couple of others got covid and because they might have had interactions with Trump, then Trump must have been the one that infected them? How is that an actual fact?!? Yes, it is a possibility but that does not mean it’s a fact. There’s no way to prove that she absolutely caught it from Trump. Therefore the evidence u came up with still falls under a “conspiracy theory”, whether u like it or not.

There is no definitive proof that Kellyanne Conway caught COVID from Trump. There is no way to say with 100% certainty that the rose garden event, where none of these clowns wore masks was a “superspreader” event. But, one could certainly infer that both of those are an awfully strong coincidence.
That’s not supporting a conspiracy theory, that’s being of reasonable intelligence.

Who really cares who brought it in? It could have been any one of them and then all these events not taking precautions spread it and it will continue to spread as a result.

His supporters are denying there was one super spreader event. You’re absolutely right, it doesn’t matter who was patient zero among these imbeciles, it’s the argument that attending a large event with no mask is ok because they can’t prove without a doubt that this is where anyone contracted it.

This is inane. It doesn't matter who gave it to whom or how many events it took to spread.
Going to large, close, and/or indoor events without masks is like drunk driving. Selfish and risky. You can do it a bunch of times and not kill anyone. Not even get caught.
But it's no more or less depraved when you don't kill someone as it is when you do.
We have been watching people, online, IRL, and on the political stage do everything from follow the bare minimum rules when they are likely to be caught or called out, while complaining about them and looking for every reason or excuse to avoid them; to flat out shaming people for following them. And everything in between.
And now a bunch of high profile people have covid. The disease isn't the shameful part. The attitudes and depraved behavior were. There is no conspiracy theory. We know what happened. We watched it on TV. We watched it all unfold over many months.

The index case doesn’t matter. We’ll never know who it was. This could have been avoided if people followed the CDC guidelines. Based on the treatment he is receiving, he’s in rough shape. That steroid is only given to people not doing well. It’s actually been proven to worsen Covid in people having mild symptoms. And then he does the motorcade stunt. I have no idea how people can still support him.
