Those that belonged to gym before pandemic, when was the last date you were charged
I didn't realize but when I looked on my credit card account online, I was charged five days after the shutdown. Has anyone had charges after?

I was last charged in March. I was just charged again when they reopened.

Thanks. I was last charged in March, but it was a date after the 16th, after the closing. Were all your's after the closing date? Nobody gets back to you at gym. Even having trouble cancelling membership.

They are probably charging you for the full month of March if you pay monthly.
My DH paid his monthly dues on March 1 and they stopped charging after that but didn't refund him for the 2 weeks in March they were shut down.
So if they normally bill you once a month on say the 21st or whatever, they were probably billing you for March dues.

I am always billed on the 20th for the month following so I believe it was for Mar 20-April 20th. Its the day of the month I signed up years back as I found my contract.

My gym charges on the 21st or 23rd. I don't know how it was back in March, if they did or didn't charge those few days after they closed... I never checked. I decided to freeze my membership for the rest of the year at no charge. When I emailed them requesting that they didn't answer to me, so I contacted them on Instagram and it worked. They emailed back the same day.

March. But i had my membership frozen during the pandemic so they are not supposed to bill me until i OK it and am ready to come back.

Those that belonged to gym before pandemic, when was the last date you were charged
I get my membership through my health insurance, and I have been charged every single month. I called and was told they would be issuing a refund for the months the gym was closed, but so far nothing. I thought about cancelling, but it's the only gym near me with a pool and the gym is no longer accepting new members through this plan. If I changed the membership in any way, I can't get it back.
