Every night I house search, from Nassau to the end of the Island, to off LI and out of NY.
I'm finding it hard to find something decent. So many in foreclosure is what I've noticed. Or so many are outdated inside but asking $$$$$$$ crazy

Yes its very much a seller's market right now. Everyone is moving out from the city and there is little inventory at the moment. Many homes getting into bidding wars and selling above asking. It is possible though.
