Has anyone eaten chick filt-A catered?

If so, how was it? Recommendations?

I'm looking to have something different than the usual for my son's birthday. I will take any other suggestions if you have also. Just not Mexican. He doesn't like Mexican. It is the shame of our family. Chat Icon

Chat Icon about the Mexican food.

Chick Fil-a sounds delicious. Another idea, if possible, Dave N Busters? We had a party for my son two years ago and the catered food was delicious. Every one loved it.

I know it's delicious, but the only thing you have to worry about when catering something like that would be reheating it.
I don't think that stuff holds up well unless eaten right away. I don't think it would taste the same reheated, kwim?

It's ok. The chicken nuggets are ok, the fries get soggy imo

Re: Has anyone eaten chick filt-A catered?

I am in a dining group on Facebook and there has been a lot of mention of food trucks coming to cater parties.
That sounds like a fun idea. All differnet kinds of food too.

And there is a place called All American Wontons that looks amazing.
They basically do everything from apps to dinner foods to desserts in a deep fried wonton shell.
I believe they cater and have a food truck for parties as well

All American Wontons

All American Wontons is amazing. I haven't been to the location, but I went to an event last year where they had their food truck.

That sounds so freaking good! Good point about the reheating. They will be soggy.

I thought about food trucks but wasn't sure if I would need a minimum amount of people. I'm only having like 20 or so peole.

Re: Has anyone eaten chick filt-A catered?

When we were in the office we would have monthly office lunches and had Chick Fil A catered a few times. It was good. I would definitely recommend.

We ordered a huge tray of the small biscuit and chicken sandwiches. We put them out as an app and they were demolished! Everyone loved it. They were fine room temp.

no experience with Chick, I'm sure it will work out, keep it in the oven on 150-200 to keep it warm. what about Zornes?

Chick has a catering section, they will help size out how much to get. I’d do it and would not worry about leftovers too much

Friendly’s does catering now. I’ve never had it, but I know my kids would be excited about it!

We went to a party that did this and it was a huge hit. It was something different than the usual pizza, Italian, etc.
