Where can I have a custom wood item made?

Does anyone know where I can either buy or have something like this wall mounted entertainment center made?

Bring measurements and pictures and the owner will give you a quote. They've done a TON of work for my mom and my siblings.

They've also matched end tables for my living room. Raymour stopped carrying the collection that my coffee table came from - I wanted matching end tables. I brought Jim (the owner) a picture and told him the color and he made 2 perfect match end tables for me.

The pricing was fair. Slightly more expensive BUT unlike the R&F table which was wood veneer the end tables are SOLID wood and I was able to customize the size. All well worth it in my opinion. DH and I now say we want to get rid of the end table and have the coffee table made by Jim. We love the style of it but you can definitely tell the difference in quality and our R&F furniture now seems crappy

Rustic Loft in Lynbrook.
We had out bedroom nightstands and dresser custom made by them. They have gorgeous furniture.
