Using data from the American National Election Studies, we investigated the relationship between cognitive ability and attitudes toward and actual voting for presidential candidates in the 2012 and 2016 U.S. presidential elections (i.e., Romney, Obama, Trump, and Clinton). Isolating this relationship from competing relationships, results showed that verbal ability was a significant negative predictor of support and voting for Trump (but not Romney) and a positive predictor of support and voting for Obama and Clinton. By comparing within and across the election years, our analyses revealed the nature of support for Trump, including that support for Trump was better predicted by lower verbal ability than education or income. In general, these results suggest that the 2016 U.S. presidential election had less to do with party affiliation, income, or education and more to do with basic cognitive ability.

Things are almost back to normal. We still wear masks and keep distance. They lowered taxes and food is cheaper now. They still have a special unemployment going and that has helped a lot. Also the US stimulus helped me out as well. But you know, since I’m overseas it doesn’t make much sense to vote according to someone on here. .
But basically, people are getting back to normal here. I do fear there will be another lock down in the fall.

Listen, supporting a man who cheats, lies, and race baits, who has so COLOSSALLY mismanaged the corona virus, who has damaged our standing so much that we are literally almost a third world nation now shows not only limited intelligence and critical thinking skills, but also a severe lack of empathy and care for others.
That's fine that you have an opinion. I have never said that I support him or like him (even though if I mention anything about him I support him and am a racist).
I suppose you lose a lot of friends if you go around calling them morons 
Thankfully I have zero family members and only one friend who support 45 and honestly, my opinion of that one friend has really lowered significantly. I hate that it happened, and I hate to lose a friend, but at the same time there are some things in life that I just cannot support like racism, misogyny, cheating, lying and cruelty. A trunk supporter may not be a bad person, but to support him is to be perfectly ok with all of the above and to me that is just wrong.
You have to do you. If something stresses you out you might have to walk away for a bit. I don't think it is right (not you but in general) that people will destroy life long friendships over differing opinions though. There are things I don't care about many of my friends but if you see more pro's then con's then it is not worth losing a friendship over.
You really think these things. - racism, misogyny, cheating, lying and cruelty - are just differences of opinion. These are the heart of someone morality. So yes I would end a life long friendship of these and everyone should. There is no room for this crap in my life. And I support anyone who feels the same.
For these reasons I will never support Trump. It has zero to do with him being a republican and everything to do with the fact he’s a piece of shit. And that’s from personal family experiences

I agree with this completely.
If you want to debate political policy, let’s go - that would be differing opinions. But if you support this person, then we are fundamentally morally incompatible and I don’t want your racist evil in my life or around my family.
Are there non-racist, non-evil Republicans? Of course.
Are there non-racist, non-evil people who support Trump as a person to lead our country? Sadly I believe this answer no. You cannot have morals and overlook all he has said and done. This isn’t difference of opinion.

Trump doesn't take the pay for SHOW. He steals left and right from people all the time. He doesn't need the paycheck. and he's more than made up for it on golfing and vacation costs.
