Honestly they should be with what they are doing. They are hijacking these demonstrations and inciting violence and civil unrest. I think any extremist group (left or right) that uses violence to get their message across should be. It’s also given Trump more the upper hand as declaring them a terrorist group this will appeal to his far right supporters. Brilliant...

He can't declare a group inside this country as such and who said Antifa is besides besides a particular news station? Trump is using this for his people sadly like everything else. I've seen the same video where a white male was causing description, the blacks in the video stopped him and handed over to place. 1 video label, Antifa causing problems, the other, white male arrested for destroying public property. So, who do you believe? Did anyone interview him and see what he supports, etc..? Just more assumptions. Look at both sides and some good research and tell me what you see....personally, we are all to blame but only view really want to divide and rule the land

Is Antifa an actual org that has members or what not like ISIS? I get that the extremes are different. I am just trying to understand why all of a sudden now he wants to desig ate them as one. I have been watching the news a lot this weekend and diff stations and not once have I seen Antifa being brought up. I see destruction being done by everyday people just because they want to be part of the action. So now question becomes is he just once again trying to push off the blame? Again, I haven't heard too much about Antifa but find it kind of convenient that they are now being labeled as terrorists.

A quick google search turns this up:

There is no organization or membership or structure. He cannpot designate an identity of being "anti fascist" as a terror organization.

The white house press secretary just clarified this. She stated they would prosecuted as "acts of terrorism." So again its just example of Trump spewing BS on twitter he knows nothing about.

So he can prosecute the white nationalists then. Because fascism is ultra right wing ultranationalism - so if you're against right wing ultranationalism you will be prosecuted? Does that make sense?

Of course he does because antifa stands for anti-fascist which goes against his beliefs. Antifa has no leader or membership and it's not even an organization. It has been around for a very long time and if your grandfather served in WW2 he was antifa. Would you consider your grandfather a terrorist? It depends on which side you ask.
