What vitamins for kids?
What should I give my 10 and 8 year olds? I see so much sugar in the gummy vitamins. My boys eat pretty healthy and take elderberry syrup everyday.
Want a good multivitamin to give them each morning.

What vitamins for kids?
Our pediatrician prescribes a chewable multivitamin. Gummy vitamins are the worst for teeth.

Same. She takes what the doctor prescribes.
Gummies are especially bad for her since she has an issue with malformed enamel on one adult molar that makes it super prone to cavities.
