What's the best way to go about this? My daughter will be 5 in June and she wants a doll.

Make a reservation for lunch and then get there about an hour earlier to pick out your doll and maybe buy some accessories. The past couple of times I have been there since they moved it, it hasn't been as crowded or difficult to get a reservation for lunch.

I just went through this and my advice is to book early! As soon as you know the date you want, go online or call and book all reservations.
You have to make a reservation for lunch or dinner and leave a deposit.
Then you have to make reservations for any Doll or Girl service you want.
For example, if the doll you buy at the store does not have the ears pierced but your DD wants the ears pierced then you need to make a reservation.
If your DD wants her nails or hair done, then you need a reservation.

You can buy it ahead of time and bring it with you, yes.
Look out for sales on the dolls. I was going to have my DD pick out a doll at the store but then the website was having a 20% off sale and free shipping right before Christmas. So I purchased the doll she wanted and she is going to bring that to the store when we go at the end of February.

I took my 3 year old niece in September. Make a personal shopper appointment. She really steered us in the right direction and didn’t try to sell us things we didn’t need.
Brunch was good and the dessert was adorable!
