I'm guessing you mean Home Movies? No establishment will transfer a regular movie to DVD due to copyright laws.
Costco does it.
There's also a shop in Seaford on Merrick Road that does it too. That's near the CVS.

I did mine at camera click one hour photo in Franklin Square. It is an old place but the guy was nice and quality was good.

check your library. Our library has something we can borrow that transfers vhs to digital.
