I lost a lot at the beginning of my cancer diagnosis, but I'm back up 13 pounds from my lowest weight. I could blame it on the steroids, but honestly, I lost all the weight b/c I cut out sugar and was eating healthy. Food tastes awful now (b/c of the chemo) and really just sugary stuff tastes like something other than cardboard. But I know I need to rein it in so that my body can remain as healthy as can be while I'm dealing with the chemo and its effects.
Maybe its all about balance. Eat your cardboard veggies for nutrition then have a small sweet treat.

so happy to report that the IF is moving the scale... finally.
as of this morning, the scale says that i weigh 150.6.
if i can get under 150 before the end of the year, i will be happier than a pig in sh*t!! also, there are 51 days until my skin removal surgery. i'm so nervous.
