My two go to are:
Arbonne chocolate protein powder
handful of frozen starwberries
cup of almond milk
some water and a handful of ice
blend until smooth
Arbonne vanilla protein powder
a tablespoon or so of almond butter
cup of almond milk
some water and a hand of ice
blend until smooth
i like my protein shakes more on the thicker side so I add a lot of ice.
