Does anyone know the cheaper shipping option?
Post office or UPS?
I have to return something to an online boutique and they don't provide return labels- just an address and you are on your own to ship back.
I never know what's best to do in these situations- post office or UPS store.
I want the cheapest possible option with tracking info- that's all.
Does anyone have experience with this and know which option is cheaper?

Fed Ex Ground is pretty cheap. Usually runs about $8. Certified mail from the post office is $5-6.

I believe it’s Post office and they give you tracking info as well. I paid $8 to mail sweat pants to a boutique, with 2 day priority. 5-7 days was $7.50.

I think if you go to usps.com you can get a price quote. you can put how much t weighs and where it is going. even print a shipping label from home.
I have done that before

It’s usually the post office. If you have a mail room at work they can tell you the prices for every option.

Usually post office. If you can squeeze the item into the smallest flat rate box it’s usually under $10.

Go to the pos5 office and use one of their small boxes. Ask them pricing before choosing the box.

usually priority over UPS retail. and if you can get a flat rate envelope from the post office for priority those rates are usually good too. there are different sizes and rates. Priority mail has tracking and insurance up to $50
