Does Santa bring you gifts?
I was wrapping DH gifts the other night and I realized kids are now totally old enough to observe the paper. I don’t think they really ever paid attention to if/what the grownups received but this year they are a year older and too smart.
Does Santa bring gifts for you and DH or are they from each other? What about stockings? I feel like it’s weird for santa to stuff their stockings but I stuff DHs?
My kid’s know I bought things for my parents who will be there that morning. So I will wrap that in different paper and can say Santa doesn’t come for grandma and grandpa at our house

No Santa doesn't come to the adults. I tried to make daddies gifts from santa but Daddy had a hard time keeping it a secret from mommy.
One year mommy only got presents from daddy and the kids said I must have been naughty as Santa didn't come to me - lol

when DS was little, the gifts that came from santa had different wrapping paper than all other gifts.
i was a single mom, so there was no partner to buy me gifts... santa only buys gifts for kids, at my house lol

We get each other a bigger gift from the family and a couple smaller things from Santa. And by bigger, I don't necessarily mean big at all. Like I got DH a bluetooth speaker for the beach this year- not big at all. "Santa" brought DH some hats, hot sauce, a beer bottle chiller, and some candy. Hot sauce and candy goes in the stocking.

Does Santa bring you gifts?
No, Santa does not bring gifts for me and DH. Our DD usually helps us wrap each others gifts and we try to be funny on the name tags. Like on a couple of DH’s gifts, we’ll write that it’s from our fish or Mrs. Claus.

Santa doesn't bring gifts to the adults. I wrap the Santa gift in solid white paper so it stands out.

When my niece and nephew were little, family gifts were done on Christmas eve. Santa's gifts came on Christmas day and were wrapped in different paper.
Grownups didn't get Santa presents.

Yes, Santa brings gifts for me. I am a single mom so will buy and wrap them myself - but I know I will get what I want!

My parents used to put stuff in each other’s stockings. I used to help them pick little things out. Also Santa only brought gifts to us kids...my parents bought each other gifts. I remember liking watching my parents exchange, nothing extravagant but they always put a lot of thought into it...it was really sweet.

That's funny. I don't ever recall it coming up. (My kids are grown) But I think the assumption was that Santa did do our stockings, (if they asked.)

Santa only brings gifts to the children bc if he had to leave gifts for everyone, it would take too long. He does stuff everyone's stockings. Santa also doesn't wrap gifts; he sets them up and are ready to play once we come downstairs.

this year i finally told DS that I fill the stockings.
All our gifts come from santa and have since i've been little. The gifts at my parent's house on christmas eve also say from santa.
once he's old enough to "know" (i think he already does but just keeps it up to get more presents. lol) the gifts will still say from Santa.
