Depends on the crowd- are you going for something funny, useful, inappropriate?
Yeti Mug, Echo Dot, Amazon Fire Stick, a game or two (cards against humanity, what do you meme, etc.), bottle of wine/liquor, a funny cookbook (50 shades of chicken was at one of our white elephant exchanges), squatty potty...
ETA: Adult coloring book and colored pencils.
ETAA: A wall-mounted beer bottle opener with cap collector and a six-pack.

I guess if the OP needs to spend a little more, a nice stopper (top) is good, in addition.

Ok so I went with the electric wine opener. I found the game Risk Work edition but I wasnt sure how that would have gone over since it's a work exchange and I just started 2 months ago.

Had ours today.
Top stolen gifts were games, an egg cooker, a massager thing and a nerf gun. I work with some characters.
