Party Space- Two milestone bdays
next year we have a 60th and 30th birthday in the family and were talking about doing a combo event somewhere with a DJ- not crazy expensive, passed hors d'oeuvres or buffet style is fine. Mostly just want somewhere with a big enough private room (nassau preferred), with a DJ, and beer/wine included in the pricing

ETA: kids will probably be there too. Not sure if that matters

Look at renting out the Irish American Hall in mineola you can cater in food and they have a bar there

Look at the Bethpage Knights of Columbus, or either the Lynbrook or Massapequa Elks Lodge. Both have big spaces.

Check out Rocco Anthony's in East Rockaway. It's pretty, and they have great prices

try a vfw halls but most wont include the DJ. there is one in levittown that does beer, wine soda included in the price but you bring your own DJ and food
