work-related challenge... prize
there are a few reports that i run on a daily basis... they track a plethora of stuff for managers.
being that this is a new station and a lot of our managers who are out on the dock are young-ish, they tend to forget some of the behind-the-scenes work that they have to do.
so here i come... the grouchy old lady secretary telling them that they are dropping the ball.
i was given permission to begin a competition... i will keep track of how the managers are managing these details. i will track it for X amount of time and then declare the winner.
my question to you is:
what would be a good prize? what reward can help motivate lower managers?
my parameters are simple... i cannot use gift cards and/or cash as the reward.
i can buy food
i can buy company gear (which people seem to love around these here parts... side note: i've never worked for a company where people are LEGIT craving gear with the company name written on it)
please share your best ideas.

Pffft- our company bribes us with gift cards, usually Amazon. Which I love of course!
Is there a price range?
Ummm hmm... Godiva Chocolates or the Godiva Hot Chocolate Set (SO good!), Company logo sweatshirt, umbrella, Swell Bottle, reusable lunch box- or any of those things without the company logo.
ETA: Cupcakes, cookies, or donuts from a local bakery, those popcorn tins with the three flavors... Wine & Cheese!

amazon is one of our biggest competitors lol
between you, me, and the internet... i've used gift cards before (in my previous role), but i wasn't supposed to. oops.
i'm liking your ideas.
i can do a lunch for their entire team and then a gift for the lead manager.

a basket theme (so many ideas. lol)
-Beach stuff
-company logo stuff
-dessert basket
-Baby, it's cold outside (hot cocoa, mugs, marshmellows, snuggies or throw blanket, you get the idea)
-Are lotto scratch-offs allowed?

Take them out to a fancy restaurant.
A vest or jacket with the company logo and a pin saying award winner.
